Eyelets
Eyelets allow air to flow in and out of the garment. This detail os often found in the underarm of a shirt or back of a chef coat.

Princess Seams
Extra seams sewn into the front of a ladies shirt to give a nice feminine shape.

Moisture Wicking
Fabric with technology built in to wick moisture away from your body to evaporate. Keeping you cool and dry.

Stain Resistance
Chemically treated fabrics that repel stains or release stains when washed.

Bar Tacking
Extra zig-zag stitches placed in the stress points of a garment.

Wrinkle Resistance
A major time and image saver, wrinkle resistant uniform shirts are well worth the money.

Usually the sizing chart for each garment is on the web page. If not, just ask us and we will email one to you. When you look at the size chart for your specific garment (all charts are different), you can see the measurements for each garment. Now, sometimes a chart will give the actual measurements of the garment and sometimes it will reference the recommended measurements of your body to fit the garment. In the sample chart below you can see that it has a range of measurements so that if your chest measures between 32-34 (mens) you would want to order the X-Small (mens). If in doubt, it is usually better to order the larger size, i.e. your chest measure into a larger garment that your waist.
